(including 2 master suites), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets (including 1 outdoor), a veranda that opens up to three-quarters, a terrace,
a fully equipped kitchen, and a pool house. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an oversized bean bag.
For optimal comfort, the ground floor of the villa is air-conditioned.
Located in the heart of central Var, near the Maures Massif and its prestigious vineyards, the surroundings offer a wealth of cultural and natural attractions.
