🏡 HOUSE RULES FOR SEASONAL RENTAL
The Property
The property you are renting is fully equipped to meet your needs during your stay. You will find furniture, bedding, tableware, bed linens, and towels available for your use.
In accordance with Article 1731 of the French Civil Code, in the absence of an entry inventory, the property is presumed to be delivered in good condition. Upon your arrival, you have 24 hours to report any defects (cleanliness, equipment damage, etc.). After this period, the property will be deemed to be in good condition as found.
Please also refrain from carrying out any repairs without our prior consent to ensure proper management of the property.
🕑 CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
On the day of your arrival, the rental property will be available from 5:00 PM. Please contact us to arrange for key collection and a tour of the property.
If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please notify us in advance. (If not notified at least 24 hours in advance, a late check-in fee of €25 per hour will apply.)
On the day of your departure, you must vacate the property by 10:00 AM. To allow for thorough cleaning for the next guests, any late departure without authorization will incur additional fees equivalent to one night's stay.
👨👩👧👦 NUMBER OF GUESTS AND VISITORS
The rental is reserved for the number of guests specified in your rental agreement. If you wish to host visitors during your stay, please request prior approval.
Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay overnight.
🔇 QUIET HOURS AND NEIGHBORHOOD RESPECT
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, for everyone's comfort.
🎉 PARTIES AND EVENTS
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted, to ensure the safety and tranquility of the property. Commercial shoots and other professional uses are also prohibited.
🏠 USE OF THE PREMISES AND CARE OF EQUIPMENT
We trust you will treat the property with care throughout your stay.
Water, electricity (excluding electric vehicle charging), and heating are included in your rental. We kindly ask you to adopt a few simple eco-friendly habits:
- Turn off lights when leaving a room.
- Avoid letting water run unnecessarily.
- Use air conditioning reasonably: do not leave it running with doors or windows open, and please turn it off in unoccupied rooms, particularly bedrooms during the day, or the whole villa when you go out.
🔌 ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
A charging station is available in the carport. Usage is charged at €0.30/kWh.
🚽 SEPTIC SYSTEM
The house is equipped with a micro sewage treatment system. Please only flush suitable toilet paper.
Frying oils must be collected in an empty, sealed bottle before being disposed of with household waste. It is strictly forbidden to pour them into the sink, as this could damage the septic system.
🧹 CLEANING FEE
The cleaning fee covers the cleaning of floors, kitchen (worktop, table, sink, etc.), and the cleaning and disinfection of bathrooms and toilets.
The property must be returned tidy with:
- Cleaned and put away dishes,
- Cleaned barbecue, plancha, oven, and other appliances.
An additional cleaning fee may apply:
- If dishes, barbecue, plancha, or appliances are not properly cleaned;
- In case of excessive dirt requiring deep cleaning (sticky floors, stains, garbage or food left on the floor, heavy soiling, tobacco odors, etc.);
- In case of household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, etc.) excessively stained or damaged requiring special treatment or replacement.
🛠️ ACCIDENTS / DAMAGE
In case of an accident or damage, please inform us before your departure. We will favor a fair and understanding resolution!
🛏️ BED LINEN AND TOWELS
For your comfort, we provide:
- One bath towel and one hand towel per person,
- One pillow, one duvet, mattress and pillow protectors, fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcase per guest.
Please refrain from using the linen for makeup removal. Additional charges may apply for stained linen.
🔥 BARBECUE AND PLANCHA
A gas barbecue is available outdoors, along with a gas plancha located in the pool house.
Please use these appliances responsibly and observe safety guidelines.
After each use, please clean the barbecue, plancha, oven, and any other used appliances thoroughly. A fee of €25 per appliance will be charged if left dirty or insufficiently cleaned.
🍴 FOOD
For hygiene reasons, eating or drinking (other than water) is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms or on the sofas.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the sofa, household linen, or mattresses are stained, or if food and grease are found in the bedrooms requiring extra cleaning time.
♻️ WASTE AND RECYCLING
Garbage containers are available on the left side of the house:
- The yellow bin is reserved exclusively for recyclable packaging (excluding glass).
Please dispose of your waste properly in the appropriate containers before your departure to maintain the property's cleanliness.
The household waste bin (green) must be placed at the end of the driveway on Sunday evening for Monday morning collection.
The recycling bin (yellow) must be placed at the end of the driveway on Tuesday evening for Wednesday morning collection.
Glass must be taken to the nearby public collection points located 200 meters away at the exit of the "Allée des Coudounelles" towards Leclerc supermarket.
🚭 NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property, including the veranda.
An ashtray is available outside. Please do not discard cigarette butts in the garden to help preserve the environment and maintain a pleasant setting.
⚠️ GENERAL SAFETY GUIDELINES
- Always properly lock the house during your absences (shutters, windows, and the main door).
- Do not leave electrical appliances (including air conditioning) running when you are away.
- Young children must always be supervised for their safety.
Two hanging chairs are installed in the olive trees: they support a maximum weight of 90 kg. They must not be used as swings.
In case of strong winds, please close the parasols and the terrace awning promptly.
Protective covers are available to protect the outdoor mattress and pallet sofas in case of rain.
🏊♂️ SWIMMING POOL AND JACUZZI
The swimming pool is equipped with a compliant safety system (manual safety cover only). This is located behind the outdoor kitchen and is intended to prevent access to the pool for young children.
Swimming is unsupervised: it is under your full responsibility, especially for children who must be supervised at all times.
To preserve water quality:
- Always use the outdoor shower before swimming,
- Never urinate in the pool,
- Do not eat, drink, or use glass objects around the pool and jacuzzi.
An automatic pool cleaning robot is available. Please respect its usage. A connected sensor measures water quality every 15 minutes in the pool and jacuzzi. It is strictly forbidden to remove the sensor from the water (a €400 replacement fee will be charged in case of damage).
The jacuzzi is available for your relaxation. Please respect hygiene rules (shower before use) and always close the cover after use to preserve water quality and temperature.
No objects should be used in the jacuzzi to avoid clogging the filtration pump.
The pool maintenance technician services the pool and jacuzzi twice a week.
🚫 RESTRICTED AREAS
- Access prohibited: pool technical room and garden shed (areas under alarm).
- Access prohibited: mezzanine, marked private cupboards, and private dressing room.
