Cleaning service:

🧹 The cleaning service, which is mandatory, is charged at €280 and included in the total price.
The cleaning package includes professional cleaning and laundry service at the end of the stay. However, it is requested that the villa be left in order: bins must be emptied, dishes cleaned and put away, household appliances left clean, and the barbecue and plancha cleaned.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for Villa Rental

Reservation and Payment Schedule

The tenant must accompany any reservation with a payment, including a deposit of 25% of the total rental price. The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

The full rental price is due **45 days** before the start of the rental.

Payments are made directly by credit card on the website or by bank transfer.

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of **€1,500** is required at the latest on the day of the rental.

This deposit is not cashed by the owner. It is held as a bank authorization for the duration of the stay and is automatically released **3 days after the end of the rental**. Without payment of the deposit, the villa keys cannot be handed over to the tenant.

Upon arrival, the tenant will receive the keys and any additional services they have ordered from the concierge (towels, etc.).

**Checks are not accepted.**

Modification of Contract by the Tenant

The owner reserves the right to accept or refuse any requests for changes to the reservation made by the tenant.

Cancellation / Interruption of Contract

In the event of cancellation for any reason by the tenant or failure to respect the payment schedule, all sums paid remain due to the owner.

- **100%** of pre-paid payments are refundable if cancelled **60 days or more** before arrival. - **50%** of pre-paid payments are refundable if cancelled **45 days or more** before arrival. - **No refund** for cancellations within **45 days** of arrival.

Any early departure by the tenant will not result in any refund.
